If anyone claims to be a luckbd representative and asks for your password or OTP — it's a scam. luckbd will never ask for such information.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Specific rules and procedures must be followed for all deposits and withdrawals on luckbd.
3.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit: ৳200
- Maximum Single Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (per transaction)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL Bank Transfer.
- Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes is credited to your account.
- Deposits must be made only from the mobile number or bank account registered to your profile.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Standard Withdrawal Limit within 5 minutes within the timeframe. Bank transfers take 1–6 hours.
- The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Luckbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions.
4.1 General Bonus Policy
- Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 15–30x the bonus amount).
- Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be used in the games where they are specified as applicable.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
4.2 Welcome Bonus
- A welcome bonus is available upon your first registration and deposit.
- Welcome Bonus Wagering Requirement: 20x the bonus amount
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — the same person may not claim it more than once.
Example: Say you receive a ৳1,000 bonus. Before withdrawing, you must wager a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. The bonus is valid for 30 days.
5 Gaming Rules
The following rules must be observed at all times while gaming on luckbd.
- Each game has its own rules. Please read them carefully before you start playing.
- Game outcomes are determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Complaints regarding results will not be entertained unless a technical fault is conclusively proven.
- Live Games: luckbd is not responsible for disconnection issues. However, if a bet is affected by a technical problem, you may contact support to have the matter reviewed.
- Odds in Sports Betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, luckbd will handle the situation in accordance with its official policy.
- If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided.
Lottery draws are live-streamed and operated via an RNG system. Draw results are final and cannot be changed.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on luckbd. Violating these rules may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Software Hacking: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using bots is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses through loopholes or under multiple identities is strictly prohibited.
- Using Another Member's Account: Logging into or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent Chargeback: Fraudulent payment disputes or chargeback requests made on false grounds are strictly prohibited.
- Underage Accounts: Assisting anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
7 Account Suspension or Termination
Luckbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:
- If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
- If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
- If you fail to cooperate with KYC verification.
- If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
- As directed by legal authorities.
7.1 Account Closure by Member
If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. To reactivate a closed account, identity verification will be required.

9 Limitation of Liability
Luckbd is not liable for the following:
- If gaming is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
- For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

- Any loss resulting from your account password or personal information being accessed by another party.

10 Dispute Resolution
